For Mom, Dad, and the kids
The "crown jewel" of Concord Family Martial Arts is our Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program (BJJ). The BJJ program is under the tutelage of our main academy instructor, Professor Joseph Hurst. For those that may be unfamiliar with BJJ it is a ground fighting art that teaches people to control their opponent with a minimal amount of effort. Leverage and technique will allow a much smaller opponent to dominate a larger opponent.
